Review Settlement Statements
Attend Closing with Client
Facilitate closing in any way necessary
If you need a referral to a reputable mortgage specialist, we will be happy to assist you! As a buyer, you are also responsible for paying all the fees associated with lender's counsel. You will save money by having Picardi & Associates represent you in the negotiation of the purchase & sales agreement and also handle the closing for your lender. You have the right to request our services as lenders counsel!
